Hi everyone!
I am feeling really good this evening. I had a GREAT day! I had brunch with a wonderful friend of mine, the art teacher at my school, Jennifer. Thanks, Jen! Afterward, I took my sweet boys to one of my student's birthday parties. It was at the skating rink! FUN!!! Noah LOVES skating, and watching him do it made Jonas want to run out onto the floor. I never in a million years would have thought I would have my baby, who is not even two yet, out on skates by the end of the party! He was DYING to get out there, so I gave in. He was a natural! I couldn't believe it. he was on the little safety skates. he didn't even want to hold my hands. He was dancing around, skating, like such a big boy. *tear* On top of this, what a beautiful day it was!!!! I hope tomorrow is the same.
Well, onto this evening. It was my favorite workout of the week tonight, Kempo X. This is the martial arts type workout. I really feel like I could kick some butt after I did this. It really gets the blood pumping and the heart racing. I LOVE the adrenaline this rediculous calorie burner brings. LOVE IT!!!
It is time to switch gears now. After my shower, I have about an hour of typing to do. In addition to everything I've had due for this class this week, I have to read and summarize 10 different articles on the topic of homework. they are due on Monday. Eeeeek! I've got 5 done so far, so I am hoping to get another 2 or 3 tonight. I may just roll into church looking a little haggard tomorrow. May God refresh me and bring me some energy. :o)
Food intake: Nothing amazingly good or too bad...I guess things are always a little off on the weekends.
Breakfast.....none.....saved it for a nice, big brunch. :o)
Brunch-(I'm just estimating by what was left on my plate) about 2 small pancakes, 1 egg, and a pretty good sized sausage link :o) YUM! Mimi's in Murfreesboro
Slept in this morning....at a late breakfast/ early lunch, so I had a snack after the birthday party. I had a yogurt and a granola bar
Dinner-(early dinner) leftover spaghetti
Snack-raw broccoli and carrot slices w/ light ranch dip.
56 days to go!!!
