Day 19

Good evening, readers!
Just finished my back and Legs workout....spectacular! Feelin' pumped! Not to mention, I finished this workout by 9:45 tonight, which is like a record for me! Good time....very sweaty.
So, I just met my second professor for the semester tonight. I am soo terribly overwhelmed, I could just scream! However, I'm just going to grit my teeth and bare it, as I always do. I know God will get me through it. He's the only reason I can ever keep my rediculous schedule under control. The work load for this class, I must say, though extensive...not quite as bad as I was anticipating. I'm just going to have to manage my time well, and use every moment that I have wisely. I am already almost 20 days into this program that I would be devastated if it got messed up, so I'm just going to pull out all of my God-given strength to give everything in my life the attention that it needs and deserves....even my health and my body.
Ok....that sounded like a commercial a little bit. Anyhoo....today was a good day, but I am mentally drained and I've got about 7 hours of class ahead of me tomorrow, so I'm not going to waste any more time. Thanks for stopping by! :o)
Food intake:
Breakfast- blueberry breakfast bar
Snack- orange
Lunch- AWESOME turkey sandwhich with light mayo, 1 slice of cheese and some lettuce...From S&J...Mr. Butler's treat! (I couldn't make it to our staff Christmas party.) and a blueberry fat free yogurt
Snack- granola bar
Dinner- Out of a desperate need to go to the grocery store....a frozen burrito with a slice of cheese and some salsa...about 320 calories.
Doing well with my food...even when eating something not so good for me, like the burritio, at least I am portioning. A couple of weeks ago, I would've eaten 2 of those burritos in 1 sitting, in a heartbeat.....making healthier changes and choices.
