Good evening everyone!
Today was a pretty good day. After all of the stressing out over this weekend's grad classes, I was very pleased to receive a perfect score on, not only my presentation tonight, but also a perfect score on the paper I had to submit last week. That certainly makes it feel like the hard work has been worth it.
As far as my workout goes, I completed Back and Legs tonight, along with the Ab Ripper. Good workout, but felt a little more tired than normal. I'm praying against it, but I'm feeling the symptoms of a cold coming on. All in all, it was a great day, but I am now ready for shower, a little tv, and my comfy, cozy bed.
Food intake;
Breakfast- wasn't very hungry this morning, so just grabbed an apple
Snack-yogurt
Lunch- Progresso Light chicken noodle soup
Snack- 90 cal granola bar
Dinner- 350 calorie fresco chicken wrap from taco bell....lol. Didn't want to cook after being in class until 8 tonight! haha Hey....at least I thought about what I ordered. lol
