Good evening readers!
I know it's late. It's like 11:30, but I had a surprise visitor...my friend Brittney....so I was so happy to see her that I was willing to put the exercise off for an hour or so so we could visit. Anyhoo...made it through Kenpo once again. I hope no one's in the mood to mess with me, cause I could kick some serious butt with all of the kicking/ punching training I've had with this video! haha
Workout was great tonight...much better than the rest of my day. Not such a great day. my grad class work doubled as I met my new professor this semester, so I've got a long road of reading, paper writing, and presentation making in front of me....but hey...it will all be over in about 8 weeks, right? :o)
Gonna keep it short and skip to the food intake. I had an extremely stressful and busy day, so my eating was not fantastic today. Unfortunately, I think I underdid it on the calories again today....I was so busy that I honestly just forgot to eat.
Breakfast- I did manage to grab a quick bowl of cereal before I headed to class this morning
Lunch- no time! I was in class until 2....did run home real quick and grab an orange
Dinner- I had a hot dog with the kids.
I know this was not good...but I did make sure that I had a yummy raw broccoli and carrot snack this evening, once I had time to settle down a bit and realized that I was actually hungry.
Oh! I did have a cappuccino this morning on the way to class. It was really stinking cold this morning and I really craved a dose of caffine to get me going...this just seemed like the solution. lol I will do better with my food tomorrow....I promise!
