Good evening, everone!
I'm done and ready to shower by 10 tonight....not too bad. This is recovery week, so my scheduled workouts are a little different than weeks past. I ad Kenpo again, which we all know that I absolutely LOVE. It's the kickboxing type workout...lots of kicks, jabs, and SWEAT!!!
Good stuff!
Had a nice, very unexpected day off of work today. I was able to take the kids out with a good friend of mine and her young children. It was very noisy, but a lot of fun....not to mention, much needed laughs and fellowship. Thanks, Brittney! Now I feel refreshed and ready to go back to school tomorrow.
Food Intake:
Breakfast- 1 egg white, 1 slice of sausage, and 1 piece of turkey bacon
Lunch- Grilled chicken sandwich
Dinner- Grilled chicken wrap
Snack- orange.
(I didn't eat as many snacks today, since I had taken in more calories with my meals. Good thing I sweat so much during my workout tonight, huh?)
