Day 16

Ok, so it's 10:15, and I just finished my workout. If you can't say anything good about be, you can say that I'm committed to this, right?
Tonight was Plyometrics again! I am really growing to LOVE this workout. It is AMAZING!!! Again, Plyometrics is the art of jumping. There is a lot of squat jumps, some crazy switch lunges, and even some fun sports moves.....altogether, really quickly, combining to be one of the most intense, efficient, and effective workouts I have ever been a part of. Again...I really am beginning to love this one inparticular.
For those of you who may be concerned about my last post, this workout doesn't affect that pelvic pain at al. Aparently, during this workout, I am not using that muscle, or whatever it is. I do have a doctor appointment for Thursday afternoon, so I am taking your advice and getting it checked out. With that said, I think I am going to listen to my body and skip the Ab Ripper X tomorrow night. I will continue on with the Arms and Shoulders workout, but I will skip the Ripper for the night tomorrow. :o(
I am feeling good, but very tired. I've got some MAJOR grad school work coming up, and I have got to somehow figure out a better way to manage the little bits of time that I have. This whole thing means so much to me that I feel like I just can't give it up. however, I have some other extremely important committments in my life that I can't forget about...most importantly, my children. They are why I wait until late at night, once they are in bed, to do my workouts. However, I am finding myself with a lot less time to get my grad school work done, not to mention, the late nights are taking their toll a bit. Therefore, for the next week or so, I will be experimenting with how to best manage my time. Tips and advice, again, are greatly appreciated. Anyone know how to add another 2-3 hours to the day?
Food Intake:
Breakfast- Special K cereal (I had 2 servings of it this morning. :o)
Snack- Banana
Lunch- Progresso light Roasted Chicken SOup, Light banana strawberry yogurt
Snack- raw carrot slices with light Ranch dip
Dinner- Whole wheat pasta with spaghetti sauce (no meat), 1 slice of garlic bread
As you can see, I've been working on bringing up my calorie intake a bit. I feel like I am doing better, but I would like to try to start eating a bigger breakfast, and smaller meals as the day goes on. I know I need some carbs for an energy boost, but I hate eating them in the evening. Hey...that's what it's all about, right? Learning how to tweak things to best suit.
74 Days to Go!!!
