Back into the game full force, folks! I am so happy to back into my routine. I shouldn't feel guilty about being sick, right? Anyhoo, today was Back and Biceps. Killer routine. I feel pumped, and all I can say is BRING ON THE HEAVIER WEIGHTS. Anyone have any dumbells laying around that they don't need? haha
After this cd, it was back to Ab Ripper X! I did the whole thing!!!!! I am so proud of my own progress. That's allowed, right? The best thing about it.....no pains this time. I really think that I must have pulled a muscle and that it just needed to be stretched and strengthened. I know I should still get it checked out. I will try to stay aware of any changes or differences and keep that somewhere at the top of my list.
I am feeling stronger and better than ever. This is an awesome way to focus on myself while, at the same time, working out all of life's stresses and frustrations. Killing 2 birds with 1 stone......that's the way I like it.
Food intake: (much better and more back to normal today)
Breakfast- bowl of cereal and a banana
Lunch- ham and cheddar hot sub (hot pocket...lol)
Dinner- Tilapia fillet, 1 serving of white rice with garlic salt, and a big bunch of green beans! YUM (Also tomorrow's lunch)
