Hello all!
Nothing new or exciting today. Today's workout was X Stretch. It was nice, but I am really looking forward to seeing some of the new workouts that start on Monday. Dreading Core Synergistics a little bit tomorrow. It's pretty rough. Every exercise on that workout focuses on everything between the chest and the knees. Anyhoo...it's late and we've got a big day at school tomorrow, with the Valentine's parties and all. I will write more tomorrow night.
Food Intake:
Breakfast- bowl of cereal
Snack- banana
Lunch- forgot mine at home, so got a very healthy slice of cafeteria pizza and some corn.....lol
No Afternoon snack
Dinner- Baked boneless, skinless chicken breast (1/2 piece), some steamed veggies, and 1/2 cup of rice. Yummy! Yeah...that's going to be tomorrow's lunch too.....if I don't forget to bring it!
