Day 32

Yoga day, and thank God for that! It's been quite a week, so when I realized that this was my workout for the night, I was more than happy. However, I still had a very hard time just clearing my mind of all of life's stresses. I guess I just wasn't completely in the right frame of mind tonight. Oh well. great workout, nonetheless.
Tomorrow, it's back to grad school. Classes tomorrow night, directly after regular school. I've got a presentation to do tomorrow that I'm not too terribly excited about. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I don't want nerves to take over. I just really wanted to take a second to thank my amazing friends on here for your support and constant encouragement. I couldn't possibly stick to all of this if it weren't for your kind words that always seem to come at just the right time.
Looking forward to hitting it hard with Legs and Back and another round of the Ab Ripper. YEAH!!!
Food intake:
Breakfast- SLim Fast breakfast shake
Snack-granola bar
Lunch-Leftovers from last night- Tilapia fillet, green beans, and a very small serving of rice
Snack- An AMAZINGLY good pink naval orange....picked that up on accident...didn't even know they existed. haha
Dinner- Spaghetti and 1 piece of garlic toast
