I have officially made it through the first 3 weeks! Yeah!!!
So, tomorrow, I start my first recovery week, which occurs every fourth week. There is still a lot of work to be done, but I get the week off from doing the Ab Ripper, which is nice. I will be doig Yoga, X Stretch, Kenpo, and something called Core Synergistics...not sure if I spelled that right, nor am I sure of exactly what kind of workout it is, but I am very excited to find out. Anyhoo, tomorrow is my 3rd weigh-in. I am excited to check on my progress and share it with all of you. It's been a very rough and stressful week, and I am very glad to have it behind me. Tomorrow is a new beginning, as is each day that God blesses us with.
Ok, so today, I did do my X Stretch video. It's nice. Not much to share or talk about...other than I am super relaxed now, so hopefully, I will be able to get our crazy dog relaxed so we can go to bed. I will actually be getting in bed close to 10 tonight. Score!
Food intake:
Breakfast- bowl of Special K vanilla almond cereal
Snack- orange
Lunch- Grilled chicken wrap on flour tortilla, with lettuce and light ranch dressing
Snack- banana and some peanut butter crackers
Dinner- Bowl of chicken noodle soup (Progresso light)
