Day 18

Good evening everyone! Tonight was Yoga night. i LOVE Yoga night. I never knew I could be so flexible. Pretty cool! no body aches today. However, everyone's going to be mad at me, but I missed my dr. appointment today. OOPS!!!! Things just got crazy and hectic. I am going to reschedule for monday afternoon. I promise I will listen to my body and not overdo it. :o)
Short blog tonight. I have GOT to get in bed before 11 tonight. I feel very sleep deprived, and I have my second grad class starting tomorrow. I have to get get a better schedule going on here. Ughhhh!
Food Intake:
Breakfast- cereal, skim milk, orange
Snack- fat free yogurt
Lunch- turkey sandwich on wheat, no crust, 1 slice of cheese and mustard...wierd combination, I know, but with the sandwich, I had my leftover broccoli from dinner last night. :o)
Snack- a serving of yogurt covered raisins
Dinner- YUCK! fast food!!!! I couldn't bare the thought of cooking tonight, so I went to Burger King. However, I think I chose the healthiest thing on their menu...a BK Broiler...no mayo or tomatoes....just the grilled chicken, lettuce, 1 slice of cheese, and the bun (the worst part) I looked this up on my iphone and the sanwhich, as menu made, is around 480 calories! However, hopefully I knocked a few of them off by taking off the mayo.
Not too bad, right? :o)
