Day 26

AGood evening, everyone!
I know the blogs have been kind of boring lately. I am hoping that they will get more interesting when I start some new workouts next week. Tonight, I had to do Core Synergistics again....Man....ROUGH!!!! I already know that my middle is gonna be mighty sore tomorrow. However....that's the part thatneeds the most work, so I guess that's good, right? I believe that tomorrow is more Yoga, and I plan on finishing it earlier in the day tomorrow. Ceth and I have an overnight sitter for tomorrow, so we plan on being gone.....well, overnight!! Yeah, us! We haven't had a successful date night in approximately 6 months...lol. It is long overdue, and we both so desperately need this time together. Anyhoo, I will write more tomorrow....hopefully....just keeping it short tonight because it's late and I have got to get some sleep. See ya tomorrow!
Food Intake:
Breakfast- Bowl of Special K cereal
Snack-orange
Lunch-Can of Progresso Light Vegetable soup
Snack- Carrot sticks w/ ranch dip...YES! I DID TURN DOWN EVERY ONE OF THE VALENTINE GOODIES WE HAD AT OUR PARTY TODAY!!!!
Dinner- Leftovers...baked boneless/ skinless chicken breast and steamed veggies
